The Premise Alert Program Act (PAP) was passed in August of 2008. Residents with special needs or disabilities can fill out a form with information that can be given to police and fire personnel while they are responding. The information is entered into the DU-COMM CAD database. Fill out the attached form and forward to your local police or fire department.
