Heroes wear Headsets - will you?

Telecommunicators work in a fast-paced multi-tasking position that includes answering emergency and non-emergency phone lines, entering information into a Computer-Aided-Dispatch terminal, dispatching the appropriate type of response and updating responders while they are enroute to the emergency. The Telecommunicator is trained and certified in medical and fire dispatching to provide critical life-saving assistance for the caller. Are you ready to be a part of this rewarding career?
